You will find that you eat much less than what you usually do, but you will still feel full. This is a significant step towards lastly. Lastly, it will also influence your decisions. You must have read about how it is a bad idea to go shopping for food when you are hungry. You will feel like buying whatever you see on the aisles and people end up buying fattening food this way. You are less likely to make such wrong decisions when you don’t have hunger to obscure your judgment.
